A Charlotte lawn care and landscaping company, formed as a North Carolina LLC in September 2026. Articles of organization, operating agreement, service agreement, estimate and invoice forms, a website, business email, and a Google Business Profile — the foundation in place before the first job was quoted. The owner is our founder's father; the work was delivered free, on the same terms as any other client at this tier.
